person-centered services that promote independence, inclusion, and growth. Through personal supports,
companion services, respite care, and our Adult Day Training (ADT) program, we create opportunities
for individuals to live, work, and learn within their communities."

By offering enriching experiences such as cooking classes, gardening, community outings,

and art therapy, we encourage skill development, meaningful relationships, and active community
participation. We believe every individual has unique strengths, and we are committed to exploring
multiple pathways that transform possibilities into lifelong opportunities.
